Harold Schechner was born 1936 in East London, a true "Cockney". He was a ladies hairdresser, until he made aliya in 1984. He worked for a medical company delivering medical supplies. His hobbies include reading, writing poetry, and volunteering at Attad and helping 12th grade pupils with their oral bagrut.
